Prisoner released under the Convict’s License Act doing well

22 year old Lincoln James, one of 12 prisoners who was released from Her Majesty’s Prison in April under the provisions laid out by the Convicts Licence Act, is taking full advantage of the opportunities that have now been afforded to him.

That is according to Chief Environment Officer Dianne Black-lane who indicated that James‘s capabilities were observed while he was a part of the Prison Rehabilitation Programme.

According to Black-lane, he is now looking to complete his studies and with the assistance from the government she is confident that he has the ability to do well.

After being released in April and upon completion of the Prison Rehabilitation Programme, Lincoln has gained employment at the environment division.
