Grays Farm Man Shot in the Leg

A Grays Farm man is now nursing a gunshot wound to his leg at the Mount St. John’s Medical Centre (MSJMC) following a shooting incident early this morning.

ZDK News has been receiving reports of a man, now identified as 25 year old Davidson Jones, being shot in his leg after a gunman opened fire on the popular curly sue shop on Bridge Road, Grays Farm.

The details remain sketchy but Police sources say that the incident occurred approximately 2:30am. Reports are that the gunman gained access to one of the windows of the shop and pointed his gun through the window then opened fire.

ZDK News understands that a number of shots were fired, with one hitting Jones in his leg.

Senior Sergeant Frankie Thomas confirmed the incident adding that investigation is ongoing.
