Hundreds of students of the St. Joseph Academy marched through the streets of St. John’s today as they laid one of their former classmates, Frankie François to rest.
Traffic was disrupted for a short stint this afternoon, after the students and principal of the high school led the way to the public cemetery where the 15 year olds’ body was laid to rest.
The funeral service held at the Holy Family Cathedral this morning saw scores of students, teachers and relatives saying their final farewell to the teen, who lost his life in a traffic accident.
The 15 year old reportedly lost control of the Nissan Xtrail he was traveling in, and crashed into a nearby wall near the Woods mall two weeks ago, today.
He was pronounced dead on the scene. Francios is being described as a fun loving and a happy individual.
