During a commissioning ceremony held on Monday, students and teachers at the All Saints Secondary School witness the official re-opening of the new administrative bloc at the institution.
The re-opening ceremony comes almost a year after a fire destroyed the old administration building at the school.
During his address at the ceremony Minister of Education the Hon Michael Browne said the new building is twice the size of the old bloc and is equipped with air conditioning and fibre optic cable to ensure that a more reliable internet service is available to both students and tutors.
According to Minister Michael, Education in Antigua and Barbuda is the greatest priority to the Antigua and Barbuda Labour Party.
ZDK news understands that a total of $2.2 million dollars was spent on the new administrative bloc.
