PM Browne says Prime Ministers should be limited to three terms

Prime Minister Gaston Browne who is today celebrating his 50th Birthday says he would be contended with only two terms in office at the most.

The Prime Minister who was speaking during a radio programme on Wednesday to commemorate his birthday said he believes that there should be term limits for premiers and in his case two terms is good enough.

According to Prime Minister Browne, he has no intention of being in office for any long period. He said that a system should be put in place to ensure that a 3 terms limit is implemented for all Prime Ministers.

The nation’s leader also reminisced on his early years in politics before he became Prime Minister and road which led to his success in the 2014 general elections.
